What if the disc I just purchased is missing the redemption code?
If the movie you purchased should have included a Digital Copy code, but the code is missing or Illegible, let us help you directly at Customer Support: consumer@SPHECustomerSupport.sony.com. Please be sure to include the title or name of the movie or TV show.
I've entered the redemption code, but why am I seeing a message saying that the code is invalid?
Please make sure that you are typing in the code EXACTLY as it is printed, as characters such as the letter "O" and the number "0" could be mistyped. If you are still having a problem with the code, please reach out to your Customer Support team at: consumer@SPHECustomerSupport.sony.com
Why am I unable to redeem my movie or other Sony content?
The title you are attempting to redeem may not be a Sony title. Please refer to your insert: It should provide a web address just under the redemption code that will direct you to the correct studio site to gain access to your movie. You can also go to IMDB.com to find out which studio distributed your title. Have all download codes for Bonus Digital Copies expired?
Yes. Bonus Digital Copies were available for select titles only for a limited time after the title was released to stores. Sony titles with these 12-digit codes have all expired, as the digital download system is no longer available.
